All events must comply with NYS liquor laws. Two options:
- DIY Bar - beer, wine & cider ONLY
- Requires couple to obtain NYS temp permit ($38)
- Independent bartenders serve
- Can save money, but beware several couples have run out of booze, ice, etc.-- not fun on your wedding day!
- Licensed liquid caterer / Food caterer with off premise liquor license
- Hire licensed off-premise beverage caterer - must provide proof of license and insurance
- Only way to offer full bar service (liquor, open bar packages)
- Can provide recommendations
