Katie

Katie is the founder and guiding force behind Arlington Acres. She works closely with couples to bring their vision to life, overseeing every detail of their celebration and leading the team on-site to ensure each event runs smoothly. With a background in marketing and event planning, Katie balances her passion for the venue with her full-time career and life as a mom to two sons.

Nancy

Nancy has been part of Arlington Acres her entire life, growing up on the farm and learning the ins and outs of the property from an early age. Today, she helps give tours, assists with events, and ensures every detail is taken care of so couples and their guests feel welcome and cared for. Nancy’s experience, dedication, and warmth make her a guiding presence behind the scenes, helping each celebration run smoothly.

Catrina

Catrina is our Events Manager. A longtime friend of owner Katie since high school, she brings both heart and experience to every event. As a mom of two boys in college, Catrina understands how meaningful life’s biggest moments are. She loves making sure every detail is thoughtfully handled, so couples can truly enjoy their special day. On wedding days, Catrina works alongside Katie, managing the event on site from start to finish to ensure everything runs smoothly through the final send-off.

Lindsey

Lindsey is a longtime friend of owner Katie and an important part of the Arlington Acres team. She consults with couples on bar planning, helping determine quantities and key details to ensure a seamless event, and bartends on site during celebrations. Lindsey is also an ordained officiant in New York State and can perform wedding ceremonies if requested. Outside of Arlington Acres, she works as a medical office manager and bartends locally at Coleman’s.

Dave

Dave has been part of the Arlington Acres family for decades, bringing care and dedication to every corner of the property. From giving tours to tending the grounds, he ensures the venue is always welcoming and well-maintained. A longtime presence at Arlington Acres, Dave also serves as our resident ceremony officiant, helping couples create meaningful and memorable celebrations.

James

Also a fellow classmate, married to Catrina, James likes to be behind the scenes. But don't let him fool you, he's on top of everything. He's also our resident handyman-installing countertops, building shelves, moving equipment, and overseeing our gopher guys.
