FAQ's
Q: What are the hours of operation for weddings?
A: All events must end no later than 10:00 p.m. in the summer; by 9:00 p.m. in late fall. If ceremony is held onsite the rental includes 6 hours; if reception-only, 5 hours.
Q: Are there noise restrictions?
A: No restrictions for band / DJ as long as music stops at scheduled event end time.
Q: How many people can the barn seat?
A:
We can seat up to 200 guests comfortably with a dance floor and extra space for your cake, gift, seating card tables, etc. though our weddings vary widely from 50 guests to 200+!
Q: What if its really hot on my wedding day?
A: Our barn is not air conditioned, but has lots of large doors and windows that provide cross-ventilation. We also setup outdoor seating so your guests can enjoy beautiful country views. We're located in a valley, so there's almost always a gentle breeze. We also setup a number of fans on really warm days.
Q: Do you include any decor?
A:
Yes! The bistro lighting and white paper lanterns you see in the center rafters are ours and will be up for all weddings. We also have a wide collection of rustic decorations and supplies available to brides that select our Premium or VIP packages.
Q: Do you have a getting ready space?
A:
Yes! Our new addition includes a small bridal suite. If this space isn't large enough, we can also recommend a few nearby properties that our couples often utilize and also block rooms for out of town guests.
Q: Do you provide restrooms?
A:
Yes! In 2019 we added a two-story addition which brought our restrooms to the main floor of the barn. We have handicap-accessible men's & ladies rooms.
Q: Do you have tables & chairs?
A:
Yes, tables and chairs for the reception are included in all rentals!
